I cannot connect my account!

You can try connecting your game account after restarting or reinstalling the game. If you are having trouble with your Google Play / Apple account, you may try connecting to your Facebook / Rise of Firstborn Email account instead. 

 

- To sync your Facebook Account, go to ""More"" -> ""Account"" then tap on ""Facebook"". 

- For Google Play (Android) / Game Center (iOS), go to ""More"" -> ""Account"" then tap on your respective device platform. 

- For Rise of Firstborn Email, go to ""More"" -> ""Account"" then log in to your registered e-mail account.

 

If you are still experiencing issues, you may contact our Customer Support for further assistance.
