Depending on the network environment, the connection may be unstable. Note that aside from Network speed, this can also be caused by server communication issues between your provider and our game servers. When playing Rise of Firstborn, please ensure you are connected to a stable and reliable network connection (WiFi preferably). If you are having difficulty playing the game without interruptions, please refer to the following guide.
★ Before proceeding to the guide below, please ensure that you have linked your Rise of Firstborn account to either Facebook, Gamecenter, Google Play or Rise of Firstborn Email account! If you reinstall your game without linking your account, you may lose your game data. To confirm if your account is linked, go to More > Account > Confirm and verify whether Facebook, Gamecenter, Google Play or Rise of Firstborn Email account is connected.

- IOS users [Cell phone> Rise of Firstborn icon to delete] [Mobile phone home screen> Settings> Safari> Clear history and website data, then reinstall]
