Check to see if your Troops were evacuated in your Warehouse or deployed elsewhere. Certain game modes such as the Continent Domination require enlisting players to deploy Troops to the game mode before the event itself begins. Troops deployed in this manner are temporarily removed from your Castle and cannot be used until either withdrawn from the game mode or until the said game mode's period ends.
