Creating a new account is the same as linking your account to your Google Play / Apple Game Center / Facebook / Rise of Firstborn e-mail. To create a new account, simply go to More > Account and try to log in using a Google Play / Apple Game Center / Facebook / Rise of Firstborn e-mail that you have not previously used for Rise of Firstborn.
