To attain VVIP status, you will need to increase your Total Loyalty. You can view your current Loyalty by accessing the "Sale" icon in your Castle View and selecting the "Mileage Bonus" icon. In the following menu, you should be able to view your current progress.
Upon reaching a certain Loyalty Milestone, you will receive an in-game mail with more specific details on how to achieve VVIP status:
