Open your Hero's skill tab. You can enhance your Hero's desired skills by tapping the "Enhance Skill" button, however, note that the amount of enhancements you can do depends on the to the Hero's current enhancement level and how many Skill Points you have available. Additional Skill Points can be acquired from Skill Books.
