            I want to establish a Base in Dark Moon, how do I do that?

            1. Declare war on a Neutral or conquered Tower
            2. Successfully conquer the territory of that Tower
            3. Wait for the settlement period to be finished
            4. Once the Settlement Period is over, you may select the Tower and choose it as your "Base".
            5. Choosing a Base or changing it to another Tower consumes Alliance Signets so be careful.
