Per our Terms of Service, if you are hacked, we are unable to provide support as the user is solely responsible for the protection of their account credentials. However, if your account is only connected to the game through "Rise of Firstborn Mail" registration, you will have the option to block access from other devices by going to the settings menu that appears beside Rise of Firstborn Mail and tapping on "Block Login from different Device". Using this option will require an immediate change of password and once that is complete, all other devices aside from your own will be blocked from accessing the account.
