Yes, you will maintain your Peace Shield even if you are randomly teleported into another Alliance's territory. This can happen if you used your random teleport item or you came back to your home Kingdom after visiting the Blood Moon valley (or other Kingdoms due to Invasion or Alliance War event).
This has been implemented to let you prepare in any case that you accidentally entered an enemy territory. You could peacefully teleport away from the enemy without being harmed.
