Where can I check the receipt? (iOS)

  1. Open the device Settings. 
  2. Tap on your name and then iTunes & App Store.
  3. Select your Apple ID, then tap View Apple ID. You might be asked to sign in.
  4. Scroll to Purchase History and select it (If you want to see purchases that you made more than 90 days prior, tap Last 90 Days, then select a date range).
  5. Find the app you are looking for (Rise of Firstborn), then click on Total Billed.
  6. From here, you can do three different actions:

   - To request a refund or report a problem with the package: tap the package, then select "Report a Problem" and describe your issue.

   - To see the date when you bought the package and the device you used: tap on the package.

   - To send yourself a new email receipt, tap Resend. Note: you cannot send a receipt for a free package.
