- Open the device Settings.
- Tap on your name and then iTunes & App Store.
- Select your Apple ID, then tap View Apple ID. You might be asked to sign in.
- Scroll to Purchase History and select it (If you want to see purchases that you made more than 90 days prior, tap Last 90 Days, then select a date range).
- Find the app you are looking for (Rise of Firstborn), then click on Total Billed.
- From here, you can do three different actions:
- To request a refund or report a problem with the package: tap the package, then select "Report a Problem" and describe your issue.
- To see the date when you bought the package and the device you used: tap on the package.
- To send yourself a new email receipt, tap Resend. Note: you cannot send a receipt for a free package.
