These are ticket exclusive Castle skins. The tickets for Castle Dracula can be obtained as rewards from some events (to the 1st and 2nd top individual contributors of the Victorious Kingdom in the Blood Moon War) or limited time items such as the 2020 Lucky Bag which was available in the Happy New Year series packages early in the year 2020.
The Lion Castle skin tickets are special tickets awarded in certain competitive events such as the Grand Prix and the Alliance Tournament. Note that these rewards (both for Lion and Dracula Castle Skin) may not always be available in those events.
