What’s a Deputy?

You can deploy additional heroes by appointing deputies.

There are two types of deputies: The Deployment Deputy and the Guard Deputy.

You can appoint deputies when you complete research Hero Training -> Deployment Deputy Expansion and Guard Deputy Expansion in the Academy. You can appoint up to 3 deputies. (*additional Deputy slots will be added in future updates.)

When you appoint deputies, a percentage of their battle stats (Equipment, Rune, Aura) will be applied as a deputy buff. You can increase the applied battle stat percentage by completing further research. (Each deputy slot requires different research to increase the battle stats.)

*Only some battle stats are applied. The following battle stats are not applied:

- Basic Attack Increase, Basic Defense Increase, Basic HP Increase, Enemy Basic Attack Decrease, Enemy Basic Defense Decrease, Enemy Basic HP Decrease (Not applied regardless of troop types or tiers.), Deployment Deputy I Stats Increase, Deployment Deputy II Stats Increase.

1. Deployment Deputy

The Deployment Deputy can be placed in an attack troop. A Deputy is deployed with a Defense Captain in the Capital and Sanctuary. The captain and deputy must be under the same Lord, so you cannot select another Lord's deputy.

2. Guard Deputy

A Deputy is deployed with a Guard Captain. A Deputy cannot be appointed as a Commander.

The Guard Deputy is automatically removed from duty if the Guard Captain is captured as a Prisoner.
