Yes. You can follow the steps below to dismiss troops:
- Tap the training facility to display the menu.
- Tap the [Train] button.
- Tap the (i) button at the upper left corner of the tier image to abandon.
- Tap the [ - ] button next to the owned number of troops at the bottom.
- Select the number of troops to abandon and tap the [OK] button.
