Is it possible to retrieve the equipment that I used to enhance my other equipment?

Yes. The v4.3 update added the "Dismantle" feature in the game. This enables equipment to be dismantled! Only equipment enhanced by +1 and above can be dismantled. Just like when enhancing your equipment, a certain amount of Silver is also required when dismantling. Only the unlocked equipment may be dismantled.
