During the Capital War event, an Alliance can control only one Artifact Sanctuary at a time. However, a 100% Troop Attack Bonus is received for each Sanctuary controlled by friendly Alliances. Registering an Alliance in control of a Sanctuary for more than 5 minutes as friendly allows your Alliance to enjoy the 100% Troop Attack Bonus right away.
