You can USE the "Troop Attack Boost In Dark Moon (1 Hour)" item which grants 1500% Troop attack power for one hour, HOWEVER, please note that since this is a Dark moon exclusive item, its usage will have NO effect on your Troops unless you enter Dark Moon.
